By using BigoRec you agree to these terms. Short version: we record public Bigo Live broadcasts and deliver them to your private Telegram. Use the service responsibly; don't redistribute commercially.
1. What BigoRec is
BigoRec is a personal recording service. We monitor publicly broadcast Bigo Live streams that you ask us to watch and we deliver the resulting MP4s to your Telegram chat. We do not host a public catalog of pirated content. The site at bigorec.com is a thin index of recordings we made; viewing requires Telegram delivery and an active subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to view adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction. You must comply with local laws and with Telegram's Terms of Service.
3. Subscription and refunds
The subscription is $3.99 USDT per month, charged in advance on Binance Smart Chain. Because payments are on-chain and irreversible, all sales are final once confirmed. You can cancel at any time by stopping payment — no recurring billing, no card stored.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or publicly republish recordings; (b) use BigoRec to harass any creator; (c) circumvent the paywall, rate limits, or bot logic; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the service in ways that affect other users. We may terminate access without refund for violations.
5. Creator rights
If you are a creator and want your past recordings removed and your account excluded from future monitoring, use our removal request form. We honor reasonable requests within 14 days.
6. Disclaimers
Service is provided "as is." Bigo Live can change its protocols at any time; if recordings break, we'll work to restore them but make no guarantee. Telegram is the storage layer — files persist as long as Telegram keeps them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at bigorec.com/legal/terms.
